AB & David Africa (ABDA), a leading Africa-focused business law firm, has announced its expansion into the Asian market with the opening of a new office in Singapore.

This marks a significant milestone for the firm, which has spent over a decade serving clients across more than 30 African countries through offices in Ghana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Uganda, Kenya, and a network of partner firms.

The expansion is part of ABDA’s strategic plan to enhance its service offerings and better support Asian investors interested in opportunities across Africa, as well as African companies involved in cross-continental transactions with Asia.

Senior Partner David Ofosu-Dorte described the move as “another significant landmark in ABDA’s journey,” highlighting the growing importance of seamless support for clients amid increasing multi-country investments flowing between Africa and Asia.
