The President of the Chartered Institute of HR Management, Mrs Florence Hutchful, has announced that L’AINE HR has established itself as a leader in HR Consulting and Outsourcing even after 30 years of business.

She said this at the L’AINE HR 30th Anniversary dinner celebration held on 23rd December 2024 at De Icon Event Centre.

In her address, she outlined the journey L’AINE has embarked on since 1994, highlighting how she witnessed their groundbreaking Outsourcing services in Standard Chartered Bank in the year 1999.

She said, “This success is based on the foundation of integrity, professionalism, and relentless pursuit of excellence.”.

She also expressed her pride in L’AÎNÉ HR’s achievements and looked forward to partnering with the company to raise the practice of Human Resources Management in Ghana to unprecedented levels.

The anniversary dinner brought together key stakeholders and clients of L’AINE HR, and members and staff to celebrate this milestone.

Some stakeholders represented include VIVO Energy, Hollard Life, PMMC, Lister Hospital, GHACEM, ABSA, PETROSOL, and many others.

The event was attended by distinguished guests such as Stella Agyenim Boateng, the vice-commissioner of The Public Service Commissioner, Mr. Anthony Sarpong, Managing Partner of KPMG, Mrs. Jemima Oware, the Chief State Attorney, Office of the Registrar General, Eva Mends-Ainoo, Chief Director of the Ministry of Finance, to mention a few.

In his welcome address, James Laar, Managing Director of L’AÎNÉ HR, expressed his gratitude to the company’s stakeholders, staff, and clients for their support over the years.

He highlighted the company’s achievements.

The Founder and Group CEO of L’AINE, Dr. Mrs Ellen Hagan also launched the next phase of L’AINE HR’s innovative solutions, Workflow; a payrolling and robust employee management system.

She outlined the organisation’s commitment to staying at the forefront of the evolving world of work, and called on the continued support of L’AINE’s clients and stakeholders to keep making positive impact on the world of work.
