ChopBox Technologies Ltd, the pioneer of student-focused plastic boxes in Ghana has acknowledged the short delay in delivering its highly anticipated ‘Skool Boxes’ to fresh Senior High School (SHS) students.

The company blames the development on the recent changes in school start dates for first year students.

“We recognize the importance of these boxes to students and parents and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience”, the company the said in a statement on Monday, November 4, 2024.

ChopBox Technologies Ltd assured that its team is working tirelessly to ensure every Skool Box meets the highest standards of durability, quality, and safety.

Due to overwhelming demand, it is making every effort to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.

“As a token of our appreciation for your patience, each order will include a free water bottle, ideal for students’ daily use. To our valued pre-order customers, thank you for your trust. We are still accepting pre-orders and encourage new customers to secure their spot, as orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis”, the release added.

Deliveries will begin within the next 10 working days, reaching schools, vendors, and residents nationwide through their delivery partner, FedEx.
