Customers of Telecel Ghana can now breathe a sigh of relief as the company has successfully restored all services that were previously disrupted due to what the company describes as the “unlawful action” of ATC Ghana.
The telecommunications provider in a statement indicated that the issues have been resolved and that all affected sites are now fully operational.
Earlier, ATC Ghana announced its inability to continue providing power to Telecel’s equipment due to what it claims was Telecel’s failure to meet agreed obligations.
In what seemed to be a simmering dispute between the two companies, Telecel Ghana, in response to the dispute, denied the accusations and escalated the issue to the National Communication Authority for resolution.
