Mepe, North Tongu District – In a remarkable display of empathy and support, DCI Microfinance has extended a helping hand to the displaced flood victims in Mepe, North Tongu District. The financial institution donated 1000 mosquito nets to provide relief and comfort to those affected by the recent flooding caused by the Akosombo Dam spillage.
A delegation from DCI Microfinance, led by Vincentia Malm and Reginald Grantson Neequaye, both esteemed Divisional Heads within the organization, visited the affected area to personally deliver the much-needed donation and to express their heartfelt sympathies to the victims.
The delegation's presence and the generous donation were warmly welcomed by the local community and government representatives. Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwah, Member of Parliament for the North Tongu Constituency, as well as the Chief and Queen Mother in the area, graciously received the donation on behalf of the flood victims.
