The three-hour event was for the Company to reconnect with clients ahead of the New Year.

Mr Sampson Horve Alorbu, Managing Director of the Company expressed gratitude to the customers drawn from all branches of the Company in the Region, for keeping faith with Rich Citi throughout 2019.

He said the Company was not interested in only making profits but maintaining good relationship with customers.

Mr Alorbu said business relationship and networking were key to ensuring customer satisfaction and stated the resolve of the Company to keep the customer first in 2020.

He said Rich Citi would introduce some exciting products in 2020 and urged clients to visit the shops regularly for their mobile phones and electronic appliances.

Some customers were awarded for their loyalty and others given hampers after they were treated to good music and meals.

Reverend James Nanevi, one of the customers who was awarded, said he was frequenting the shop because of the "good customer care," and commended Rich Citi for the foresight.
