Speaking on behalf of OML Africa (the organizers), Anita Wiafe-Asinor said, As organizers of this annual convocation of African HR professionals, we have since 2010, kept the conviction of equipping participants with modern and practical HR content so they can compete equally with their counterparts anywhere globally. Our focus this year, is how HR can become more visible, relevant, respected, recognized, fit for purpose as well deliver value that impacts and clearly contributes to the bottom line of organizations.
